If you’re here, it’s because you’re looking for an honest Idol Lash review, and it’s quite often difficult to find completely honest reviews online. I mean, let’s be real here, most people online have something to gain through providing a review, so they’ll pump a product up to be better than it really is. And I admit that if you DO wish to purchase Idol Lash you can do so through the links on my site. However, I didn’t put this site up to sell Idol Lash simply because I wanted the money for it, I did it because Idol Lash is a product that I DO believe in.

The Bad Side of Idol Lash Reviews

I have read lots of Idol Lash reviews that I am convinced are NOT genuine. These are reviews by people who have jumped on the new product bandwagon without ever trying it themselves. This is evidenced by the fact that many were written within days of the product being released for the first time!

I, too, am very wary of Idol Lash review sites, and other sites that review products, and when you read the reviews they all sound rather “cookie cutter”, as if they’ve found out some information from the main website and have written the review for a product that they don’t even really know about. Now, I find THAT dishonest. I’d rather be upfront and say: yes, I am a customer of Idol Lash, and yes, my review of Idol Lash is real, but also that I am promoting Idol Lash because I believe in it. Well… hope that all makes sense ;)

My Idol Lash Review Pros

On the plus side, Idol lash is effective. I tested it for myself, using it religiously for a full month, before I was 100% convinced of this, but now that I am convinced I’ll keep using it for the long term. It’s certainly cheaper than eyelash extensions, and the results don’t wash off like mascara! It’s also great if your eyebrows are a little bit ho hum (and mine were a LOT ho hum before using Idol Lash).

Idol Lash is also pretty easy to apply. It helps if you’re used to brushing on liquid eyeliner though, and you do have to be careful not to get it in your eyes. I think the applicator could have been designed a wee bit better, like the stiffer applicators you get with some liquid eyeliner products. Personally, I did get some in my eyes a couple of times, and I don’t usually get eyeliner in my eyes if I’m using a stiff applicator rather than a brush.

My results in four weeks of using Idol Lash on my brows and eyelashes was great. Now, I wouldn’t say I have excessively long eyelashes, but they’re certainly lusher and darker than they used to be, and they’re longer as well. Not a LOT longer, but long enough that I think they stand out a lot more. My eyebrows appear to have filled in a bit, and also seem a bit darker. I do still dye my eyebrows, though (as the hairs are naturally fair).

My Idol Lash Review Cons

Well, I’ve already mentioned how the brush can be a bit difficult to apply Idol Lash with, and does take a bit of practice, however I don’t think that’s a major drawback to Idol Lash.

There is, however, one negative about Idol Lash. Hmm… I honestly don’t know if it’s a “real” negative though. I think it’s more of a reality check. The truth is, that using Idol Lash won’t permanently alter your eyebrows or lashes. Yes, while you’re using it they will grow longer, darker and thicker, but if you stop, after a few weeks (after the eyebrows have gone through their normal cycle of falling out and regrowing) they’ll go back to the way they were. You can’t change your genetics, after all!

So, ultimately, like any other thing you can do to enhance your eyelashes, you will have to keep using Idol Lash for the long term if you want permanent results. Again, though, this is the same as for having eyelash extensions, for example, or dyeing your lashes. After awhile, your lashes will fall out and be replaced by new lashes, and if you’re not still using Idol Lash they’ll go back to the way they were.

Idol Lash is theĀ  newly available eyelash growth product which everyone is raving about! I was very interested in Idol Lash the moment I heard about it, because a few months ago I learned that there had been released onto the market a product which was able to help eyelashes grow. At the time it was only available as a prescription, because it was actually for some other condition, and it was just by chance that they found out that it could lengthen eyelashes.

My Idol Lash Experience

Now, I have pretty poor eyelashes, and even worse eyebrows (honestly, even when I dye my eyebrows they are sparse and horrible), and I did some research and discovered this product worked for both brows and lashes. Now, this product WASN’T Idol Lash, and I ended up ordering it from some place overseas (China or somewhere!!) which was a bit random.

Anyway, then a month or so ago I found out about Idol Lash, when it was first released onto the market. Ah hah! I thought. Now I can get an eyelash enhancing product that’s not from overseas, and which is accepted by the FDA and by all other relevant authorities! Yay!

The Idol Lash Free Trial

So, I quickly filled in the form and ordered my Idol Lash free trial (you have to love free trials!!) knowing that I could always send it back if I didn’t get great results. Now, I’d already had fairly good results from this Chinese product (although I didn’t always use it, and I didn’t have any applicators for it… so it was hard to apply properly and exactly), and I was keen to find out how much better Idol Lash was!

My Idol Lash arrived in the mail soon afterwards, and I was really keen to get started with it. It was much easier to apply than the other product (which really should have come with applicators, but didn’t…) so I started using it right away (on my eyebrows as well!!!)

How Well Does Idol Lash Work?

Now, the great thing about Idol Lash is that you can see results fairly quickly. Because eyelashes grow fairly fast (well they don’t grow fast, but even growth of 1mm to 2mm is significant) it’s possible to see good results in only 2 to 4 weeks (at least this was what the Idol Lash site promised). It’s pretty hard to measure eyelashes lol, but while I was trying Idol Lash I stopped dying my eyelashes (because dying them always makes them look longer and more luscious because mine are fairly pale) and I waited to see what would happen.

Now, while I wouldn’t say I have model eyelashes (I guess few people do lol) after using Idol Lash about three weeks, I could definitely see an improvement in my lashes. And, of course, my eyebrows! Now, as I said, my eyebrows were the worst, because they’re pale in color and fairly sparse, so even when dyed they look “gappy”. I really didn’t expect miracles with my eyebrows, because I wasn’t sure whether or not Idol Lash could really fix my problem. So, I must admit I was really happy after using Idol Lash for a month to see that my eyebrows WERE looking thicker! Of course, they still needed dying, but now they don’t look quite as sparse, and I almost look like I have normal eyebrows!

So, what’s the verdict on Idol Lash? Well, Idol Lash worked for me, so I recommend it to others who have shorter or sparser eyelashes and eyebrows!
